उत्तर प्रदेश के फतेहपुर में 180 साल पुरानी नूरी जामा मस्जिद के एक हिस्से के ध्वस्तीकरण का आदेश चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है. ध्वस्तीकरण के आदेश को चुनौती देते हुए इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है. इस याचिका पर 6 दिसंबर को सुनवाई होनी थी… लेकिन केस टेकअप नहीं हो पाने की वजह से मामले की सुनवाई टाल दी गई. अब इस मामले पर एक हफ्ते बाद यानी 13 दिसंबर को सुनवाई होगी…दरअसल, फतेहपुर के लालौली इलाके में स्थित नूरी जामा मस्जिद को सड़क चौड़कीकरण का हवाला देते हुए इसके एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्से को गिराने के आदेश दिए गए हैं. इसकी ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक महत्ता का हवाला देते हुए नूरी जामा मस्जिद के मैनेमेंट कमेटी ने ध्वस्तीकरण के आदेश को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी है.
The order to demolish a part of the 180-year-old Noorie Jama Masjid in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, has become a topic of discussion. A petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court challenging the demolition order. The petition was to be heard on December 6… but the hearing of the case was postponed due to the case not being taken up. Now the hearing on this matter will be held after a week i.e. on December 13… Actually, orders have been given to demolish an important part of the Noorie Jama Masjid located in Lalauli area of Fatehpur, citing road widening. Citing its historical and cultural importance, the management committee of Noorie Jama Masjid has challenged the demolition order in the Allahabad High Court.
