The coronavirus outbreak has gripped the entire world, with all 195 countries and territories globally reporting confirmed cases of the deadly COVID-19 virus barely three months after it broke out in China’s Wuhan.
Positive cases of the pandemic have surged past 378,000 globally and over 16,000 people have succumbed to the deadly virus. Italy, China, Spain, France, Iran and the US are the worst-affected nations, with countries like the UK, Pakistan, Malaysia are reporting more and more cases every single day.
In India, the rate has rapidly increased over the past one week, with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare reporting close to 500 cases in the country so far. As per the latest figures, there are as many as 446 active cases of COVID-19 patients in the country, with 9 casualties in the country of 130 crore people.
