The proceedings of the fifth day of the budget session in both the houses of Parliament started with uproar. The opposition raised the issue of Indians being deported from America in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and demanded a discussion. There was a lot of uproar in the Lok Sabha regarding this. The proceedings of the Rajya Sabha were adjourned till 12 noon and then the Chairman informed the House that the Foreign Minister will give a statement on this issue. Foreign Minister S Jaishankar gave a statement on this issue in Rajya Sabha at 2 o’clock and in Lok Sabha at 3.30 pm.
