Jailed Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid has been permitted by the Delhi High Court to attend the ongoing Parliament session from March 26 to April 4 “in custody”. He is currently jailed in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in a terror funding case. However, he will have to spend Rs 1.45 lakh per day from his own pocket for transport and security arrangements from jail to Parliament to participate in Lok Sabha proceedings. Engineer Rashid has once again approached the Delhi High Court for relief from this.
