Deepak’s lawyer, Mayank Pachauri, confirmed the bail decision, stating that the court granted bail with one surety and required a second within two days. “The offence was bailable, so the court granted bail,” he said, adding that the accident occurred during a test drive and that the investigation is ongoing.
