वक्फ (संशोधन) कानून, 2025 का नोटिफिकेशन 8 अप्रैल, 2025 को जारी हो गया है. सरकार का कहना है कि यह कानून वक्फ संपत्तियों के प्रबंधन में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लागू किया गया है. राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी के बाद यह अब पूरे देश में प्रभावी हो चुका है. इस कानून को लेकर मुस्लिम संगठनों और कई सांसदों द्वारा आपत्ति जताई गई. मुस्लिम संगठनों द्वारा कहा गया है कि इस कानून के अमल में आने के बाद ऐतिहासिक संपत्तियों का मालिकाना हक प्रभावित होगा और इसका मुसलमानों पर असर पड़ेगा. तो वहीं वक्फ कानून पर ओवैसी भी फंसते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं.

The government says that this law has been implemented to ensure transparency and accountability in the management of Waqf properties. After the President’s approval, it has now become effective across the country. Muslim organizations and many MPs raised objections to this law. Muslim organizations have said that after the implementation of this law, the ownership of historical properties will be affected and it will affect Muslims. At the same time, Owaisi is also seen getting trapped on the Waqf law.
