प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्च-स्तरीय सुरक्षा बैठक हुई, जिसमें सेना के शीर्ष अधिकारी मौजूद रहे. माना जा रहा है कि यह सीमा-पार आतंकवाद के खिलाफ देश की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई में टर्निंग प्वाइंट साबित हो सकता है. कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि जल्द ही पाकिस्तान आधारित आतंकवादी नेटवर्क के खिलाफ निर्णायक कार्रवाई होगी. बैठक में रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल, चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल अनिल चौहान और सेना, नौसेना तथा वायु सेना के प्रमुख भी मौजूद हैं.
A high-level security meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which top army officials were present. It is believed that this could prove to be a turning point in the country’s biggest action against cross-border terrorism. It is being speculated that soon there will be decisive action against Pakistan-based terrorist networks. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan and the chiefs of the Army, Navy and Air Force are also present in the meeting.
