In a disturbing incident caught on CCTV in the Gandhi Nagar area of Jammu, a man driving a Thar SUV rammed into an elderly man riding a scooter. The footage shows the SUV hitting the senior citizen, causing him to fall. What follows is even more horrifying the driver reverses the vehicle and runs over the victim again, showing complete disregard for human life.
The incident has sparked outrage among local residents and on social media, with many demanding strict legal action against the driver. The identity of the driver and the condition of the elderly victim are still being investigated.
