Tragedy struck Udhampur’s Basantgarh area as a CRPF vehicle returning from a security operation in Kandwa plunged into a deep gorge, killing 3 jawans and injuring 15 others. The vehicle, belonging to the 187 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force, skidded off a hilly road, turning a routine return into a nightmare.
