Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has disagreed with a statement filed in court by his lawyer, Milind Pawar, claiming a threat to his life. The statement, made during the Savarkar defamation case hearing in Pune, cited increased risk after Rahul exposed an alleged “vote theft” case. Rahul says it was filed without his consent, and his lawyer will withdraw it from court.
