On 20 August morning, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was reportedly attacked by a man identified as Rajesh Khimji Sakariya. According to reports, Rajesh was a dog lover and was allegedly upset with a recent Supreme Court verdict regarding stray dogs. His mother revealed that while Rajesh had a deep love for animals, he was also mentally unstable.
