ब्रिटेन की क्राउन प्रॉसिक्यूशन सर्विस (CPS) की इस टीम ने तिहाड़ जेल का निरीक्षण किया है. यह दौरा विजय माल्या और नीरव मोदी जैसे भगोड़ों को भारत लाने की कोशिशों को अमली जामा पहनाने के लिए किया गया. यह दौरा इसलिए किया गया ताकि ब्रिटेन की अदालतों में यह साबित किया जा सके कि भारत में प्रत्यर्पित किए जाने वाले आरोपियों को तिहाड़ जेल में सुरक्षित और बेहतर माहौल मिलेगा.
