Delhi: Navy Vice Chief Vice Admiral Sanjay Vatsayan confirms that both the United States and Russia will participate in India’s upcoming international fleet review and Milan exercise, sending ships and possibly aircraft. He said over 55 countries have responded positively, with more expected to join as geopolitics evolve. The large-scale naval event will see extensive international participation and high-level delegations from around the world.
