तो वहीं इस हमले पर यूक्रेन के विदेश मंत्री ने भी कहा है कि ‘यह हमले गलती से नहीं बल्कि जानबूझकर रूस ने करवाए हैं जिससे उसने यूरोप में परमाणु सुरक्षा को खतरे में डाल दिया है.
