Tragic Accident at Dubai Airshow 2025: Indian Air Force Tejas Fighter Jet Crashes, Pilot KilledOn the final day of the Dubai Airshow 2025 (November 21, 2025), an Indian Air Force Tejas LCA fighter jet crashed during a flying display at Al Maktoum International Airport at approximately 2:15 PM local time.Shocking viral footage shows the aircraft suddenly spiraling out of control just above the runway, striking the ground, bursting into flames, and sliding before being fully engulfed in fire.The Indian Air Force confirmed in an official statement:
“The pilot sustained fatal injuries in the accident.”
A Court of Inquiry has been constituted to investigate the cause.Dubai Media Office stated that emergency and firefighting teams responded immediately and managed the situation on site.This heartbreaking incident occurred on the last day of the world’s largest airshow in the region, which ran from November 17–21, 2025, and was open to the public.Our deepest condolences to the pilot’s family, friends, and the Indian Air Force.
