रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुतिन भारत आ रहे हैं.. इस दौरान वो 23वें भारत-रूस वार्षिक सम्मेलन में शामिल होंगे. पीएम मोदी से भी मुलाकात करेंगे.. और डिफेंस डील के साथ ही कई रणनीतिक समझौतों पर फाइनल मुहर लगाएंगे. वैसे तो पुतिन की इस यात्रा को लेकर तमाम तरह की चर्चाएं हो रही हैं… लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा उनकी उस सुरक्षा घेरे की भी हो रही है जिसमें ट्रंप की सुरक्षा में तैनात अमेरिका की सीक्रेट सर्विस से 6 गुना ज्यादा तैनाती होती है.. इसके अलावा दुनिया भर में उनकी गिरफ्तारी की भी चर्चा जोर शोर से हो रही है… कि क्या उन्हें भारत यात्रा के दौरान गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा.. उनके खिलाफ क्या गिरफ्तारी वॉरेंट जारी हुआ है कि जिसके चलते वो 125 देशों में गिरफ्तार हो सकते हैं..
