मित्रो महात्मा गांधी ने लिखा था कि “मैं ईश्वर को सत्य के रूप में पहचानता हूं और सत्य को राम के नाम से।” गांधी जी के लिए रामनाम जपना एक अमोघ औषधि था, जो कठिन क्षणों में उन्हें शक्ति प्रदान करता था। जो रामनाम उनके अंतिम सांस तक साथ रहा, उसी रामनाम के सामने नेताओं ने अपनी राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए उन्हें खड़ा कर दिया है।
आज संसद के अंदर और संसद के बाहर राम बनाम गांधी पर जबरदस्त वाक्-युद्ध हुआ। विपक्ष कह रहा है कि बीजेपी को महात्मा गांधी से दिक्कत है तो सत्ताधारी पार्टी कह रही है कि विपक्ष को राम के नाम से घृणा है। मित्रो सरकार और विपक्ष के बीच राम बनाम गांधी की इस राजनीतिक लड़ाई के केंद्र में वे गरीब-मजदूर हैं, जिनकी परवाह राम भी करते थे। और गांधीजी भी करते थे। इन्हीं गरीब-मजदूरों के नाम पर केंद्र सरकार की एक योजना भी चल रही है। उसी योजना के नाम बदलने पर पूरा विवाद हुआ है।
मित्रो, सरकार ने आज संसद में एक बिल पेश किया। इसका नाम विकसित भारत-गारंटी फॉर रोजगार एंड आजीविका मिशन ग्रामीण बिल, 2025 रखा गया है। इसे शॉर्ट फॉर्म में VB-G RAM G बिल भी कहा जा रहा है। जैसे ही बिल पेश हुआ, वैसे ही इसपर हंगामा शुरू हो गया। विपक्ष ने सरकार की निष्ठा पर प्रश्नचिह्न लगाकर नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी। लोकसभा के अंदर और बाहर सांसद आक्रामक थे। विपक्ष का आरोप है कि इस VB-G RAM G बिल के जरिए सरकार महात्मा गांधी का अपमान कर रही है। मित्रो इस नए बिल से गांधी के अपमान का इल्जाम क्यों लगाया जा रहा है, उसे समझिए।
