An Air India flight, which was en route from Vancouver, Canada to Delhi, was the subject of a complaint regarding its pilot. An employee at a duty-free store at Vancouver Airport complained that the pilot smelled of alcohol. Following this complaint, Canadian authorities questioned the pilot and administered a breathalyzer test, which he failed. He was then taken into custody.
