वेनेजुएला के पास रूस ने पनडुब्बी और नौसैनिक जहाज उतार दिए हैं…रूस के इस एक्शन से तनाव और बढ़ गया है. रूस ने एक प्रतिबंधित ऑयल टैंकर की सुरक्षा के लिए ऐसा किया है.. ये टैंकर पहले ‘बेला वन’ नाम से जाना जाता था, अब रूसी झंडे के साथ ‘मैरिनेरा’ नाम से चल रहा है. पिछले दो हफ्तों से अमेरिकी यूएस कोस्ट गार्ड इस जहाज पर नजर रखे हुए था और इसे रोकने की कोशिश कर रहा था. यही वजह है कि इसकी निगरानी में रूस को अपनी नेवल वेसल्स सागर में उतारनी पड़ी.
