A tragic incident in Noida shook the administration after an engineer died when his car fell into a water-filled basement of an under-construction mall. Despite struggling for nearly two hours and the rescue team reaching the spot, his life could not be saved. Following allegations of administrative negligence, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken major action by removing Noida Authority CEO M. Lokesh.
