बांग्लादेश के संसदीय चुनावों में Bangladesh Nationalist Party की निर्णायक जीत के बाद भारत के प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi ने पार्टी प्रमुख Tarique Rahman को बधाई दी है।
अपने संदेश में पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि यह जीत बांग्लादेश की जनता द्वारा तारिक रहमान के नेतृत्व पर जताए गए विश्वास को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने साफ किया कि भारत एक लोकतांत्रिक, प्रगतिशील और समावेशी बांग्लादेश के साथ खड़ा रहेगा।
पीएम मोदी ने यह भी कहा कि वे नई सरकार के साथ मिलकर दोनों देशों के बहुआयामी संबंधों को और मजबूत करने और साझा विकास लक्ष्यों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए तत्पर हैं। राजनीतिक विश्लेषक इसे दिल्ली और ढाका के रिश्तों में एक नई शुरुआत के तौर पर देख रहे हैं। और बीएनपी की बंपर जीत के बाद तारिक रहमान के प्रधानमंत्री बनने का रास्ता लगभग साफ माना जा रहा है. अब नजर इस बात पर है कि नई लीडरशिप भारत-बांग्लादेश संबंधों को किस दिशा में लेकर जाती है।

Following the Bangladesh Nationalist Party’s decisive victory in the Bangladesh parliamentary elections, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated party leader Tarique Rahman.
In his message, PM Modi stated that this victory reflects the trust the people of Bangladesh have placed in Tarique Rahman’s leadership. He made it clear that India will stand with a democratic, progressive, and inclusive Bangladesh.
PM Modi also stated that he looks forward to working with the new government to further strengthen the multifaceted relationship between the two countries and advance shared development goals. Political analysts are viewing this as a new beginning in relations between Delhi and Dhaka. With the BNP’s landslide victory, the path for Tarique Rahman to become Prime Minister is considered almost clear. All eyes are now on the direction the new leadership takes India-Bangladesh relations.
