तारिक रहमान बांग्लादेश के प्रधानमंत्री बनते ही एक्शन मोड़ में दिखाई दे रहे हैं… खासकर उन्होंने उन वादों को जमीन पर उतारना शुरू कर दिया है जो उन्होंने चुनाव के दौरान किए थे…इसमें कोई वादा सबसे ज्यादा चर्चाओं में रहा तो वो था हिंदुओं के खिलाफ हो रही हिंसा को रोकने के लिए सख्त कानूनी सुरक्षा तंत्र लागू करना….जहां तारिक रहमान ने चुनाव जीतते ही दंगाइयों को कड़ी चेतावनी देते हुए साफ कहा कि कानून-व्यवस्था हर हाल में बनाए रखनी होगी…किसी भी तरह की हिंसा या उकसावे की कार्रवाई को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा.. लेकिन अब प्रधानमंत्री बनने के कुछ ही घंटों बाद तारिक रहमान ने हिंदुओं को लेकर बहुत बड़ा ऐलान किया है….साथ ही उन्होंने सरकार की पहली कैबिनेट मीटिंग में ही दंगाईयों पर सख्त रूख दिखाया है..
