A shocking attack unfolded in Lahore on April 16, when Aamir Hamza, a founding member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, was targeted by unidentified bike-borne gunmen who opened indiscriminate fire. Hamza reportedly survived, but severely injured. He was accompanied by retired judge Justice Nazir Ahmed, who remained unharmed.
