A 23-year-old woman, Soumya, intervened and questioned his authority, later sharing the video online. While she was initially praised, the situation quickly turned hostile, with her receiving rape and death threats. Police identified the accused as Mukesh Kumar and registered a case under relevant BNS sections. The incident raises serious questions about vigilantism, public safety, and how online narratives can rapidly shift from support to intimidation.
