वीडियो में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि ऑटो चालक बार-बार अनुरोध कर रहा है कि
100 कम ले लीजिए, और वह अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति का हवाला भी देता है..
वह कहता है कि वह ₹400 देने के लिए तैयार है,
लेकिन महिला अधिकारी की तरफ से जवाब आता है
कि तय राशि ₹500 ही होगी..
