A shocking video from Pune shows a man being beaten on the road by recovery agents over credit card dues. The incident happened in Hadapsar on April 27. The victim was attacked in public while a woman with him tried to stop the fight.
Reports say the agents asked for extra money. When he refused, they beat him. Police later arrested three accused.Rules say banks and agents cannot threaten or hurt people while taking money. RBI has also made new rules for this. Now people are asking,can money recovery be done like this?
