वाराणसी से मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ का एक बेहद तीखा और बड़ा बयान सामने आया है। CM योगी ने बिना किसी का नाम लिए कहा कि “जिन लोगों ने सनातन धर्म को खत्म करने की कोशिश की… आज वो खुद मिट्टी में मिल चुके हैं।” योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि सनातन सिर्फ एक धर्म नहीं बल्कि भारत की आत्मा है और हजारों साल के इतिहास में कई ताकतों ने इसे मिटाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन हर बार सनातन और ज्यादा मजबूत होकर उभरा। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने काशी, मंदिरों और भारतीय संस्कृति का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि आज दुनिया भारत की आध्यात्मिक शक्ति को स्वीकार कर रही है। CM योगी ने ये भी कहा कि जो लोग सनातन का विरोध करते हैं, वे भारत की परंपरा और संस्कृति को समझ ही नहीं पाए। उनके इस बयान को दक्षिण भारत में पिछले कुछ समय में हुए “सनातन विरोधी” बयानों से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है, हालांकि उन्होंने किसी दल या नेता का नाम नहीं लिया। योगी के बयान के बाद राजनीतिक हलकों में हलचल तेज हो गई है। बीजेपी समर्थक इसे सनातन के पक्ष में बड़ा संदेश बता रहे हैं, जबकि विपक्ष इसे चुनावी ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति कह रहा है। लेकिन इतना तय है कि काशी से दिया गया योगी आदित्यनाथ का ये बयान अब राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में नई बहस छेड़ चुका है।
