The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Centre and X on a petition filed by Abhijit Deepke, the founder of the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’. The petition challenges the blocking of the party’s X account. The matter came up for hearing before Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav.
