Twenty-one people were burnt to death in a massive fire that broke out today in the Malviya Nagar area of the capital, Delhi. Most of the deceased are reported to be foreign nationals. The cause of the fire at the restaurant remains unknown; however, some people suspect that a short circuit may have been responsible.
