Khan Sir’s coaching institute, Khan Global Classes, has been sealed in Prayagraj by the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) during a city-wide crackdown on coaching centres. The action comes in the wake of the deadly Lucknow fire tragedy that claimed 15 lives and triggered inspections of coaching institutes for safety and building compliance. Authorities said the institute was operating in a building approved for commercial use, while coaching centres require a different category of land-use permission. Officials have warned that more coaching centres may face action if they fail to meet prescribed norms.
