ईरान और अमेरिका में डील होगी भी या नहीं…कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि ट्रंप ख़ुद से ख़ुद की ही वार्ता करवा रहे हैं… ईरान कहीं सीन में है ही नहीं… ट्रंप डील की बात कर रहे हैं… लेकिन अमेरिकी फ़ौज और IRGC दोनों की उंगलियां ट्रिगर पर हैं… बीच बीच में हमले भी हो रहे हैं.. अमेरिकी नेवी ने ईरान के खार्ग आइलैंड के पास एक शिप को निशाना बनाया उसके बाद से टेंशन और बढ़ गई है… ईरान भी रिटैलिएट कर रहा है.. उसने बहरीन और कुवैत में अमेरिकी सेना के ठिकानों पर अटैक कर दिया.. इन घटनाओं को देखकर लगता नहीं कि डील इतनी आसानी से हो पाएगी… उधर ट्रंप एक नए प्लान पर काम कर रहे हैं.. जिससे ये जंग और भड़क सकती है.. ईरान बौखला सकता है.. खबर है कि ट्रंप ने वित्त मंत्री स्कॉट बेसेंट की टीम को एक काम सौंपा है.. इसके तहत ईरानी हमलों में खाड़ी के सहयोगी देशों को हुए नुकसान का आंकलन किया जा रहा है… फिर ट्रंप ईरान की सीज़ की हुई संपत्तियों के ज़रिये उन देशों के नुकसान की भरपाई करवाएंगे… फ्रीज़ संपत्तियों को रिलीज़ करने की मांग पर ईरान अड़ा है.. और अब ट्रंप का ये प्लान अमल में आया तो फिर डील फंस ही सकती है… उधर इज़रायल रोके नहीं रुक रहा… साउथ लेबनान में वो अटैक पर अटैक करता जा रहा है… दोनों देशों के बीच सीज़फ़ायर 60 दिनों के लिए बढ चुका है.. मगर इज़रायल का दावा है कि वो हिज़्बुल्ला के ठिकानों पर हमले कर रहा है.. साउथ लेबनान के सकसाकियाह में इज़रायली हमले में 6 लोगों की मौत हो गई है….
It remains uncertain whether a deal between Iran and the US will actually materialize; one might wonder if Trump is essentially negotiating with himself, with Iran barely in the picture. While Trump talks of a deal, the US military and the IRGC both have their fingers on the trigger, and sporadic attacks continue. Tensions escalated further after the US Navy targeted a ship near Iran’s Kharg Island. Iran is retaliating as well, having launched attacks on US military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait. Given these events, a deal does not seem likely to happen easily. Meanwhile, Trump is working on a new plan that could further inflame the conflict and provoke a furious reaction from Iran. Reports indicate that Trump has tasked Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s team with assessing the losses suffered by Gulf allies due to Iranian attacks; the plan involves compensating these nations using Iran’s seized assets. Iran remains adamant on the release of its frozen assets, so if Trump’s plan is implemented, the deal could well be jeopardized. Elsewhere, Israel shows no signs of stopping, launching wave after wave of attacks in southern Lebanon. Although the ceasefire between the two nations has been extended by 60 days, Israel maintains that it is targeting Hezbollah positions; an Israeli strike in Saksakiyah, southern Lebanon, has resulted in six deaths.
