Heavy rainfall in Delhi NCR has caused severe traffic snarls during rush hour. Massive bottlenecks and gridlocks are reported on National Highway 3, the arterial road linking Delhi to Ghaziabad, where cars have been left standing still. Waterlogged streets and fallen trees have further disrupted movement across Delhi. Due to the heavy rains, schools have been shut in Ghaziabad as the region grapples with monsoon challenges.
