चुनाव से पहले पंजाब कांग्रेस में जारी कलह को शांत कराने के लिए अब आलाकमान एक्टिव हो गया है. एक तरफ चन्नी गुट है तो दूसरी तरफ वड़िंग कैंप और तीसरा जो निर्गुट है. आलाकमान के आदेश का पालन करता है.
चन्नी कैंप राजा वड़िंग को प्रदेश अध्यक्ष से हटाने की मांग पर अड़ा है. कांग्रेस में जारी गुटबाजी को खत्म करने और समाधान निकालने के लिए भूपेश बघेल को पंजाब भेजा है. भूपेश बघेल जैसे ही चंडीगढ़ पहुंचे वैसे ही चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी ने पार्टी हाईकमान से डायरेक्ट बात करने के लिए अपने कुछ करीबी नेताओं को दिल्ली भेज दिया.
The high command has now become active to resolve the ongoing discord within the Punjab Congress ahead of the elections. On one side is the Channi faction, on the other is the Warring camp, and the third is non-aligned, following the high command’s orders.
The Channi camp is adamant on demanding the removal of Raja Warring as state president. Bhupesh Baghel has been sent to Punjab to end the ongoing factionalism and find a solution. As soon as Bhupesh Baghel arrived in Chandigarh, Charanjit Singh Channi dispatched some of his close leaders to Delhi to speak directly to the party high command.
