महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने आतंकवाद और कट्टरपंथी विचारधारा के प्रसार पर रोक लगाने के लिए बड़ा कदम उठाया है. राज्य के गृह विभाग ने 6 अगस्त 2026 को अधिसूचना जारी करते हुए आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े 114 कट्टरपंथी प्रकाशनों, पत्रिकाओं, पुस्तकों, दस्तावेजों और डिजिटल प्रचार सामग्री को जब्त (Forfeit) करने का आदेश दिया है. यह कार्रवाई भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS), 2023 की धारा 98(1) के तहत की गई है.
The Maharashtra government has taken a major step to curb the spread of terrorism and radical ideology. The state Home Department issued a notification on August 6, 2026, ordering the confiscation of 114 radical publications, magazines, books, documents, and digital propaganda materials linked to terrorist organizations. This action was taken under Section 98(1) of the Indian Civil Service Code (BNSS), 2023.
