India has once again rejected China’s objections over Arunachal Pradesh, making it clear that the northeastern state is an integral part of India. The latest dispute began after India officially marked 27 locations in Arunachal Pradesh with their standard names on government maps. China objected to the move and repeated its claim over the region. India said such objections cannot change the status of Arunachal Pradesh. At the same time, India and China continue talks on border issues, including the Line of Actual Control, border management and maintaining peace and stability along the border.
