A Blinkit delivery agent was allegedly assaulted in Meerut after reaching an apartment to deliver an order. The incident reportedly took place on August 14 in the Ganga Heights apartment complex under Bhawanpur police station. A CCTV video shows the delivery agent arguing with a man outside a flat. The man allegedly snatched his phone and then assaulted him with slaps and kicks. The delivery agent was later allegedly taken inside the flat, where he was reportedly assaulted again. The video went viral on social media, following which police took cognisance. Police said all those involved have been identified and a case is being registered.
