धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का इस्तीफा हो गया.. जंतर मंतर पर प्रदर्शन खत्म हो गया.. लेकिन पेपर लीक के खिलाफ युद्ध अभी बाकी है… एग्ज़ाम में धांधली करने वाले और पेपर लीक करने वालों के खिलाफ पहले से भी कड़ा कानून बनने जा रहा है… यानी सरकार ने पेपर लीक माफिया को मिट्टी में मिलाने की पूरी तैयारी कर ली है…बड़ी ख़बर है कि कल सरकार लोकसभा में एंटी पेपर लीक बिल पेश करेगी… ये बिल केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह पेश करेंगे.. नए एंटी पेपर लीक बिल में 10 साल की सज़ा से लेकर 10 करोड़ु रुपए तक के जुर्माने का प्रावधान है.. प्रस्तावित कानून के तहत हर राज्य में फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनेंगे, जहां रोजाना सुनवाई होगी और तीन महीने में ट्रायल पूरा करना होगा… जांच एजेंसी को पेपर लीक मामले की जांच दो महीने के अंदर पूरी करनी होगी….

The big news is that tomorrow the government will present the Anti Paper Leak Bill in the Lok Sabha.. This bill will be presented by Union Minister Jitendra Singh.. The new Anti Paper Leak Bill will have a tenure of 10 years. There is a provision for punishment ranging from punishment to a fine of Rs 10 crore.. Under the proposed law, fast track courts will be formed in every state, where hearings will be held daily and the trial will have to be completed within three months.. The investigating agency will have to complete the investigation of the paper leak case within two months.
