Deadly floods in Nepal have caused widespread devastation, burying homes under mud and submerging villages. Amid the destruction, remarkable stories of survival have emerged. In Rasuwa, a six-year-old girl named Manisha Magar was pulled alive from debris after three days, while an eight-year-old boy, Zuhal Ghale, survived by climbing trees in a forest before being reunited with his mother. Both children were airlifted to Kathmandu for medical treatment. Additionally, in Nuwakot, rescue teams spent nearly eight hours searching a submerged Agriculture Development Bank branch affected by the Bhote Koshi floods, recovering gold worth approximately fifty crore Nepalese rupees along with cash, silver, and crucial documents as the country counts its losses.
