Delhi MCD Big Action:12 जोन..61 संपत्तियां सील!MCD का ताबड़तोड़ एक्शन! Satya Niketan Building Collapse
दिल्ली के सत्य निकेतन में हुए हादसे के बाद अवैध निर्माण, जर्जर इमारतों और बिल्डिंग नियमों के उल्लंघन के खिलाफ MCD का अभियान तेज हो गया है। नगर निगम की टीमें राजधानी के सभी 12 जोन में लगातार जांच और कार्रवाई कर रही हैं। अधिकारी घर-घर जाकर इमारतों की स्थिति देख रहे हैं और खामियां मिलने पर नोटिस, सीलिंग और ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। गुरुवार को 41 जगहों पर ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई की गई, जबकि 61 संपत्तियों को सील किया गया। इसके अलावा 32 संपत्तियों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किए गए और ध्वस्तीकरण के 3 आदेश भी दिए गए।
Following the incident in Delhi’s Satya Niketan, the MCD has intensified its drive against illegal construction, dilapidated buildings, and violations of building norms. Municipal teams are conducting continuous inspections and enforcement actions across all 12 zones of the capital. Officials are visiting properties to assess their condition, and where irregularities are found, measures such as issuing notices, sealing, and demolition are being taken. On Thursday, demolition drives were carried out at 41 locations, while 61 properties were sealed. Additionally, show-cause notices were issued to 32 properties, and three demolition orders were also passed.
