पश्चिम बंगाल की जहां सरकार ने एक दिन का विशेष सत्र बुलाया है जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय संशोधन विधेयक लाया जाएगा। इस पर सुबह 11:00 बजे से 1:00 बजे तक चर्चा होगी और इस बिल को लाने के पीछे एक राज्य एक शिक्षा व्यवस्था नीति लागू करने की मंशा है।
