The app was demonstrated to Shri Sanjay Lohiya, Secretary Finance, Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, along with Dr. Debadatta Chand, Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda; Executive Directors Shri Lal Singh and Smt. Beena Vaheed.
Representing the next phase of the Bank’s digital transformation journey, bob World 2.0 delivers a smarter, more personalised, conversational and secure banking experience.
With voice-enabled payments and navigation, Personal Financial Management, enhanced hyper-personalisation and persona-based customer experiences, and a multi-layered security framework, bob World 2.0 lays the foundation for a unified omni-channel digital banking ecosystem.
The Bank also showcased prototype NIDAAN, an AI-based grievance redressal platform for Divyang customers, reflecting its continued focus on technology-led, customer-centric innovation.
