The NIA has filed a charge sheet regarding the blast that took place at the Red Fort on November 10 last year. The agency claims that a key accused in the incident used AI to figure out how to construct a bomb. Following the instructions provided by the AI, the accused ordered certain materials from Flipkart. To ensure that plans for the blast did not leak—and to prevent intelligence agencies from getting even the slightest wind of the plot—they used the Signal app instead of WhatsApp or Telegram.
