Amid the BRICS Summit in India, a commercial vessel carrying Indian crew members, MT El Gaia, came under attack off the coast of Oman. Out of 14 Indian crew members, 13 have been rescued, while search operations continue for one missing Indian national. The attack comes as tensions rise around the Strait of Hormuz and other key waterways in the Middle East.
