राष्ट्रपति भवन में भारतीय सेना की मेजर नव्या शेखावत की तैनाती ने एक नया इतिहास रच दिया है। मेजर नव्या शेखावत भारत के राष्ट्रपति की एडीसी (Aide-de-Camp) के रूप में नियुक्त होने वाली भारतीय सेना की पहली महिला सैन्य अधिकारी बन गई हैं। मूल रूप से राजस्थान से ताल्लुक रखने वाली मेजर नव्या जुलाई 2026 से राष्ट्रपति भवन में अपनी सेवाएं दे रही हैं। राष्ट्रपति के एडीसी की भूमिका केवल आधिकारिक कार्यक्रमों और समारोहों में साथ रहने तक सीमित नहीं होती, बल्कि यह पद देश के सर्वोच्च संवैधानिक प्रमुख की गरिमा, सुरक्षा और प्रोटोकॉल प्रबंधन की महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी निभाता है।
Major Navya Shekhawat has scripted history by becoming the first female Indian Army officer to be appointed as Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the President of India. Hailing from Rajasthan, Major Shekhawat has been deployed at Rashtrapati Bhavan since July 2026. As an ADC to the President, her role involves managing official ceremonial protocols, assisting during state functions, and upholding the dignity and executive authority of the Head of State.
