लखनऊ से लेकर दिल्ली तक इन दिनों एक ही चर्चा है और लोग एक दूसरे से पूछ भी रहे हैं कि क्या 2027 के विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले उत्तर प्रदेश में यूसीसी लागू हो जाएगा। ये सवाल कई कारणों से पूछे जा रहे हैं और तमाम संकेत बीजेपी की ओर से आए हैं। दो दिन पहले देश के गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि 2019 से पहले वो देश के तमाम एनडीए शासित राज्यों में यूसीसी लागू करेंगे। इसके बाद योगी आदित्यनाथ कई बार एक देश एक विधान की वकालत भी कर चुके हैं। इतना ही नहीं आजकल उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के तमाम मंत्री घूम-घूम कर बोल रहे हैं कि वह राज्य में यूसीसी लागू करने के लिए तैयार हैं। सवाल दो हैं। एक तो यह कि अगर सरकार की ऐसी कोई मंशा नहीं है तो इनके मंत्री ऐसा क्यों कह रहे हैं? क्या यह एक तरीका है माहौल समझने का या फिर सब कुछ तय हो चुका है?
