Gurugram biker Sia hit-and-run case has taken a major turn. Police have arrested accused Kalyan Bainsla from Dausa, Rajasthan, and added BNS Section 109 for attempt to murder after analysing CCTV and video footage. Sia has also responded to Kalyan’s claims in a new Instagram video. Here’s what happened on September 13, what both sides have claimed, and what the police investigation has found so far.
