सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) और चुनाव आयुक्तों की नियुक्ति से जुड़े 2023 के कानून पर बुधवार को बंटा हुआ फैसला दिया है। दो जजों की बेंच को यह फैसला लेना था कि केस पांच जजों की बेंच को भेजा जाए या नहीं।
The Supreme Court delivered a split verdict on Wednesday regarding the 2023 law governing the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and Election Commissioners. A two-judge bench had to decide whether or not to refer the case to a five-judge bench.
