दिल्ली में 10 अक्टूबर को होने वाले कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी के प्रदर्शन से पहले सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है. पुलिस ने देर से मिले आवेदन और पुराने प्रदर्शनों में कथित उल्लंघन का हवाला देकर जंतर-मंतर पर अनुमति नहीं दी. नई दिल्ली इलाके में BNSS की धारा 163 लागू है. पुलिस ने 57 मेट्रो स्टेशनों के गेट बंद करने का अनुरोध किया था, जिस पर DMRC ने मुहर लगा दी है.
Security has been tightened ahead of the protest by the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ scheduled for October 10 in Delhi. The police denied permission for the event at Jantar Mantar, citing a late application and alleged violations during previous protests. Section 163 of the BNSS is currently in force in the New Delhi area. The police had requested the closure of gates at 57 metro stations, a move the DMRC has approved.
