India won the third and final T20I between India and Afghanistan by 127 runs. However, the buzz is everywhere about Abhishek Sharma’s explosive batting, who created history by scoring a century off just 30 balls. Sharma has become the fastest Indian to score a century in T20 cricket. Previously, this record was held by Rohit Sharma, who scored a century off 35 balls against Sri Lanka in 2017. But now, in the third T20I against Afghanistan, Abhishek Sharma broke that record. He first reached his half-century off 16 balls and then scored a century off 30. His 108-run innings came off 34 balls, which included 11 sixes and nine fours. The highlight was India’s 100-run powerplay, becoming India’s highest powerplay score in T20Is, making Indian fans very happy.
