Noida’s Supertech Twin Towers, which were found to have been built illegally, were demolished today. The Twin Towers, located in Noida’s Sector 93A, were down at around 2:30 pm. Last year, the Supreme Court of India ruled that the Noida Twin Towers had been constructed illegally by the builder Supertech and that they should demolished.
The towers were razed to the ground within a few seconds using a technique known as implosion, meaning that the buildings will collapse inwards.
